Individual Therapy
My aim is to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment for you to discuss any and all emotional difficulties and conflicts, knowing your information is confidential and that there is nothing you cannot talk about that will be met with a nonjudgmental approach.
I work with individuals struggling with a wide range of emotional and relationship problems, utilizing an integrative approach, tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from various techniques and interventions, including, but not limited to, Attachment-Focused approaches, Trauma-informed therapy, Cultural, Racial, and Feminist perspectives, Emotionally-Focused therapy for Couples and also individual patients, Psychodynamic therapy, Humanistic therapy, Spiritual and alternative treatments, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy techniques, my goal is to provide the best treatment for you. I encourage my patients to let me know if a certain style or modality is not working for them. Treatment should be collaborative.
I believe the most important part of the healing process is the relationship between therapist and client. I strive to achieve a connection that communicates both my skill as a therapist and my care as a human being. If you decide to work together after the consultation, sessions are provided weekly or twice weekly.
